With XProp, residents can instantly report issues, send photos or videos, and even describe problems in Cantonese voice messages — all through the building’s official WhatsApp Business account.
Behind the scenes, Votee’s Cantonese ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) technology converts these voice messages into structured digital records. The system automatically logs each incident, assigns it to the right staff, and tracks its resolution — all within a centralized AI dashboard.
